Give a personal gift of a Beach Basket for the holidays.

Explore your creativity and connect with our maritime location while learning to make your basket from recycled crab fishing rope. You will be provided with materials and up-close instruction by Beach Basket creator and artist Susan Spence. These small, friendly classes are held in the Marie Powell Gallery and Workshop, overlooking the picturesque Port of Ilwaco and the Ilwaco fishing fleet.

Class limit 10. All classes $175

Please note:
Making baskets is strenuous on the hands.
Instruction is given for right handers ( I just can’t seem to reverse the process).
A non compete is required.
Payment is due upon signup.
Non refundable 2 weeks before class (unless for COVID concerns).
